Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, the wife and I wanted to visit a destination we'd never been. After discussing with her coworkers we decided on Lisbon, Portugal. At a lower price than a single hotel room, we chose this 1 BR apartment. And happy we did! Very clean and spacious. Kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, stove top, toaster and utensils. Get this, the fridge comes with butter, milk, yogurt, jams, ham and cheeses and water at no cost!!! Also, each morning, they place fresh made breads and pastries outside your door, no extra charge. Try getting that a a hotel. Dona Graca, the owner was the most gracious host. Before arriving I told him we were celebrating an anniversary. And.upon arriving there was sparkling wine and chocolate waiting in the room. (Not free) One night, we arrived back after dinner, I discovered I'd lost my apartment keys. I had to call Dona, and he had to drive front 30 minutes away to get us into our apartment. Tips: Uber is the best and cheapest means of getting around. Late Oct. Is the beginning of rainy season. Take rain wear. Dance clubs don't open until 11:30pm with long lines. Amx is not readily accepted. This time of year, the pool is cold. Cons: The units are not well installated. Could hear guest walking in the apartment upstairs. I do recommend this location!

Very happy with this hotel! It is modern and has all the amenities that you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I especially like that they offer parking in a enclosed space if you need a car. The hotel is modern and has great features. The apartments are spacious and the staff are extremely helpful.

First of all, the apartment itself was wonderful and it's in a nice quiet area of Lisbon. The owner was very friendly and was a fantastic source of advice for anything we needed. The breakfast provided each day was tasty and always delivered bang on time (it's left outside your room at 08:30). The only issue we had is that our room was overlooking the pool/garden area which at night is transformed into an outdoor dining experience for around 15+ guests who aren't staying at the apartments. Even with the windows closed (which is unpleasant when it's still 25C outside) the music and dinner guests could still clearly be heard up until 1AM. To me, this isn't acceptable when you're paying nearly €200 a night, particularly as we'd deliberately booked somewhere we thought would be quiet! I'm not sure if this is a new thing or not, as I couldn't see any mention of it on previous reviews, but it really did ruin what would have been an otherwise 5 star stay.

My wife and I stayed here and where very happy with our stay. The rooms where clean and was in a quite part of town. Breakfast was provided every morning and the staff where more than helpful during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Having just returned from a four night stay in one of their stunning apartments I felt that I had to write a review. The apartment itself was beautiful, very uncomplicated and modern with a lovely rainfall shower in the bathroom- the perfect way to wash away the day when you’ve walked up and down those hills for a few hours! The rooftop garden is gorgeous, very relaxing and the pool is perfect to dip your toes in and cool down. The only points I could find for improvement were that the teabags in our room were not replenished once we’d used them and that there was a kettle/coffee machine but no milk as that was part the delicious breakfast that is delivered every morning but then taken away by housekeeping. For the price you are paying I would expect those things to be topped up/provided. Could also possibly do with a bit more variety in the breakfast choices as by day 3 we were getting very bored of having exactly the same options every day. This could be done very easily by just changing the pastries/bread provided every few days. For those reasons I’m giving them four stars as they aren’t quite there but with some small improvements they could really elevate the service provided. Hugo and the the team are all very welcoming and knowledgable so ask away for recommendations and suggestions, I personally would highly recommend Ramiro for seafood but get there early (by 17.45 there is a queue down the street as you can’t reserve) and Taberna Rua Das Flores for very reasonably priced portugese food with a bit of flair (again get there early as you can’t book and it is very popular- or head there for 19.00, put your name down on the waiting list for a 20.30 table and then go and do a mini wine tasting while you wait in the lovely wine bar down the road!).
